About The Role
We are looking for a
CA-qualified Finance professional to take ownership of financial strategy, planning, compliance, reporting and business finance in a high-growth technology environment.
The ideal candidate should combine strong financial expertise with
hands-on experience using AI tools for finance, analysis, reporting or business decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) including annual budgets, rolling forecasts and scenario modelling.
- Develop and maintain financial models for business planning, fundraising and investor reporting.
- Manage statutory audits, internal audits and direct & indirect tax compliance.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting as per applicable accounting standards.
- Drive cost optimisation and monitor operational efficiency metrics.
- Partner with leadership on pricing, unit economics, capital allocation and strategic finance decisions.
- Manage relationships with auditors, banks, investors and regulatory bodies.
- Build and manage a lean, high-performing finance team.
- Strengthen financial controls, policies and governance frameworks.
- Leverage AI tools to improve financial analysis, forecasting, reporting, automation and decision-making.
Mandatory Requirements
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience – Mandatory
- Strong expertise in financial modelling, forecasting and management reporting.
- Hands-on experience with statutory audits and tax compliance.
- Practical experience using AI tools in finance/business functions – Mandatory.
- Strong analytical aptitude and business acumen.
- Experience in a startup, technology or high-growth environment is preferred.
- Exposure to SaaS / DeepTech business models is an advantage.
- Working knowledge of accounting software such as Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks or similar.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
