Role Description This full-time Finance Intern role is a hybrid position based in the Greater Delhi Area. The intern will support the finance team with daily tasks such as preparing and reviewing financial statements, assisting with accounting entries, and maintaining accurate records. Responsibilities include analyzing financial data, supporting budgeting and forecasting activities, and helping with internal reporting. The role also involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, assisting in compliance-related documentation, and contributing to process improvements within the finance function. This position is designed to provide hands-on experience in a fast-paced, technology-driven legal services company.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Finance and Accounting skills, including a basic understanding of financial principles and bookkeeping.
- Candidates should possess the ability to work with Financial Statements, including preparation, review, and interpretation of key reports.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to evaluate financial data, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with team members, present findings, and document financial processes clearly.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- Proficiency in spreadsheets and financial software tools; familiarity with basic Excel functions is preferred.
- Attention to detail, integrity in handling financial information, and the ability to learn quickly in a dynamic environment.
- Interest in technology-enabled services or the legal-tech sector is an added advantage.
