Finance & Accounts Manager

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Finance & Accounts Manager to manage financial accounting, compliance, costing, reporting and commercial finance activities while supporting profitability and strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage financial accounting, Balance Sheet, P&L and financial reporting.
- Ensure GST, TDS, statutory compliance and annual filings.
- Coordinate with statutory auditors and government authorities.
- Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP).
- Handle product costing, BOM costing and raw-material cost analysis.
- Perform manufacturing cost analysis, cost-centre allocation and standard vs. actual cost variance analysis.
- Prepare monthly MIS, customer-wise/product-wise profitability and gross-margin analysis.
- Oversee inventory valuation, stock reconciliation and slow/non-moving inventory analysis.
- Support commercial teams with RFQ costing and pricing analysis.
- Provide financial insights to improve cost control, profitability and overall business performance.
Candidate Profile:
- Strong experience in Finance, Accounts and Cost Management, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, statutory compliance and financial reporting.
- Hands-on experience with SAP Business One / SAP / similar ERP systems.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis.
- Strong analytical, leadership, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) / M.Com qualification will be an added advantage.
