Are you an experienced Service Engineer based in or willing to cover South India, with a passion for hands-on problem solving and innovative water treatment technologies?

At Atlantium Technologies, we are leading the way in advanced UV disinfection solutions. We are looking for a customer-focused Field Service Engineer to support the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of our UV systems across South India.
What You’ll Do:
On-Site & Hands-On: Oversee installations, commissioning, and performance testing at customer sites.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex electrical, mechanical, and process-related issues.
Customer Empowerment: Provide top-tier technical support and conduct system training for clients.
Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, R&D, and Application Engineering teams to optimize processes and deliver exceptional service.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: 3–5 years in a technical service role (experience in UV or water treatment systems – a major plus!).
Education: Degree/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Process Engineering (or related field).
Tech Skills: Strong background in electrical and mechanical systems; PLC/networking knowledge is an advantage.
Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills, willingness to travel frequently across the South India region, and a customer-first approach.
