About Us
OXY HVAC & Exhaust Group is a commercial HVAC and kitchen exhaust ventilation company. We work with restaurants, commercial kitchens, and businesses to design, install, and maintain ventilation systems that keep their operations safe and compliant.
About the Role
This role is focused on expanding OXY's client base across restaurants, hotels, cloud kitchens, hospitals, and other commercial establishments — you'll generate leads, build relationships with decision-makers, and convert opportunities into long-term business for OXY's exhaust, ventilation, and HVAC services.
What You'll Do
- Identify and generate new business leads across restaurants, hotels, cloud kitchens, hospitals, banquets, and corporate cafeterias
- Reach out to prospective clients through calls, emails, site visits, and networking
- Understand client requirements and pitch OXY's services — installation, AMC, maintenance, and cleaning solutions
What We're Looking For
- Freshers/1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client-facing roles is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A bachelor's degree in any stream
