Tydon Technologies is a technology startup building practical software solutions for India’s retail and ration shop ecosystem. Our flagship product, Ration Shop Manager, helps Fair Price Shop owners digitize and simplify their daily operations.
About the Role
We are looking for a Field Sales & Marketing Executive to help us expand Ration Shop Manager across Mumbai.
You will meet ration shop owners and FPS dealers, demonstrate our app, generate leads, onboard customers, and build strong relationships with shop owners.
What You’ll Do
- Visit ration shops and generate leads across Mumbai
- Meet shop owners and demonstrate the app
- Convert prospects into active customers
- Assist with app installation and onboarding
- Follow up through calls and WhatsApp
- Build relationships and generate referrals
- Track daily visits, leads and conversions
- Share customer feedback with the team
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Comfortable with field sales and extensive travel
- Fluent in Hindi and Marathi
- Basic smartphone and computer knowledge
- 0–5 years of experience in sales, business development or customer acquisition
- Experience with retailers, shopkeepers or small businesses is a plus
- Existing contacts with ration shops/FPS dealers are highly valuable
