Role:
Field Sales Officer | Hyderabad
• Sell AAC Blocks and related building materials across Hyderabad
• Generate leads and develop new business
• Build relationships with builders, contractors, architects & dealers
• Conduct regular market/site visits and product presentations
• Handle quotations, negotiations, order closure & collections
• Coordinate with production & logistics for timely deliveries
• Track sales, maintain reports and monitor competitor activity
Candidate Profile
• 2–7 years of B2B/Field Sales experience
• Experience in Building Materials preferred — AAC Blocks, Cement, Dry Mix, RMC, TMT, Construction Chemicals, etc.
• Strong communication, negotiation & relationship-building skills
• Target-driven and comfortable with field sales
• Hyderabad market experience preferred
• Graduate in any discipline
• Must be willing to travel locally for client/site visits
