WE ARE HIRING — FIELD SALES EXECUTIVE

Company: Vaishnav Steels
Location: Gurgaon / Delhi-NCR
Position: Field Sales Executive
Salary: ₹25,000/month + Conveyance
Incentive: Up to ₹5,000/month on achieving monthly sales targets
💼 Responsibilities
• Visit builders, contractors, fabricators, dealers and construction sites
• Generate new customers and sales leads
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Follow up with existing and potential customers
• Generate TMT/steel orders and achieve monthly sales targets
• Monitor market prices and competitor activity
• Coordinate with the office for orders and deliveries
👤 Requirements
• 1–3+ years of experience in field sales preferred
• Experience in TMT steel, cement, building materials, hardware, pipes or related products will be an advantage
• Good knowledge of the Gurgaon/Delhi-NCR market preferred
• Existing contacts with builders, contractors, fabricators or dealers will be a major advantage
• Good communication, negotiation and follow-up skills
• Comfortable with regular field visits
• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred
💰 Compensation
Fixed Salary: ₹25,000/month
Conveyance: Provided
Monthly Performance Incentive: Up to ₹5,000 on achieving the monthly target
