About the Role
We are hiring Sales Executives for a leading BPO organization in Gurugram. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, sales knowledge, and the ability to confidently engage with customers and drive sales.
Process 1 – Outbound Sales
Eligibility:
- Graduate candidates
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Good communication skills
- Strong understanding of sales
- Must have good selling and convincing skills
- Customer-focused approach
Salary:
- Freshers: ₹22,000 in-hand per month
- Experienced: ₹25,000 in-hand per month
Process 2 – Voice Process / Sales
Eligibility:
- Graduate candidates
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong sales knowledge
- Excellent selling and convincing abilities
- Good customer-handling skills
- Target-oriented approach
Salary:
- Freshers: ₹30,000 CTC
- Experienced: ₹35,000 CTC
