ABOUT THE ROLE 👇🏻
We are looking for a motivated Field Sales Executive to join our team in Ahmedabad. The primary responsibility will be to visit garages, build relationships with garage owners, and onboard them onto our platform.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Visit garages and introduce our product/service to garage owners.
• Generate leads and convert them into onboarded garage partners.
• Explain the benefits and features of our platform.
• Follow up with interested garages and complete the onboarding process.
• Maintain good relationships with garage partners.
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales/onboarding targets.
• Maintain daily updates of visits, leads, follow-ups, and onboardings.
Requirements
• Previous sales/field sales experience preferred.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Comfortable with field visits and meeting customers/garage owners.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.
• Automobile industry experience will be an added advantage.
• Candidates with a strong local network in Ahmedabad will be preferred.
COMPENSATION
This is primarily an incentive-based role. Earnings will depend on performance and the number of
successful onboardings/sales. If a fixed-salary option is applicable, the range will be Rs 20,000 - Rs 60,000 per month, based on sales, performance & pickup drop (if required)
