About the Role:
Agkem Impex Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and technically skilled Sales Engineer to strengthen our Industrial Sales team. The ideal candidate should have a mechanical engineering background with a passion for sales, customer engagement, and business development in the manufacturing and engineering sector
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell industrial products to manufacturing and engineering industries. Identify new customers and generate business opportunities. Conduct product presentations and technical discussions with prospective clients. Prepare quotations, follow up on inquiries, negotiate, and close sales orders. Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Travel for customer meetings, product demonstrations, and business development activities. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order execution and customer satisfaction.
Eligibility Criteria:
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering. 1–3 years of experience in industrial sales, manufacturing, or workshop environments preferred. Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Willingness to travel for customer visits. Proficient in MS Office and basic reporting.
