We're Hiring: Field Representative — Gautam Buddha Nagar 🚀
Rathi Industries Limited — part of the Rathi Steel group, serving India's steel and infrastructure sector since 1942 — is looking for energetic Field Representatives to join our sales team for the STELMAX® TMT brand.
This is a great opportunity for freshers who want to build a career in B2B sales and the construction materials industry.
What you'll do:
- Visit dealers, distributors and project sites across Gautam Buddha Nagar
- Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Promote our steel products and share basic product knowledge
- Bring back market feedback to the sales & marketing team
What we're looking for:
- Freshers welcome — no prior experience needed
- Own a two-wheeler with a valid driving licence (field role)
- Comfortable with daily local travel across G.B. Nagar
- Good communication and a willingness to learn
- Graduate in any discipline
