We are looking for candidates with 0 to 5 years of experience whopossess a strong aptitude for customer acquisition and business sourcing. The ideal applicant will demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, crucial for building trust and rapport with diverse clients. Proficiency in smartphone usage and handling mobile applications for daily operational tasks, including meticulous KYC verification, isessential. A proactive approach to relationship building and a commitment to ethical practices are key attributes we value.
As a Field Officer, your primary responsibilities will involve actively engaging with potential clients in the field to identify their financial needs and introduce them to NamraFinance Ltd.'s diverse range of offerings. This includes conducting thorough business sourcing activities to expand our client base and meticulously performing KYC verification processes to ensure compliance and mitigate risks effectively. You will be responsible for the end-to-end loan disbursement process, guiding clients through the necessary documentation and procedures with clarity and empathy, and subsequently managing loan collection efforts, ensuring timely repayments while maintaining positive client relationships. Utilizing mobile applications will be integral to your daily tasks, from accurate data entry and processing applications to tracking clientinteractions and managing your portfolio efficiently. Your ability to build trust and rapport will be key to your success in fostering strong community ties and achieving your targets.
This role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from INR 144,000 to INR216,000, along with the opportunity to grow professionally within a dynamic and impactful organization.
