🚨 Urgent Hiring: Field Executive For Home Painting & Interior Projects | Mumbai
📍 Location: Thane West, Mumbai, Navi Mumbai

About the Role
ColourDrive is hiring Field Executives to manage customer interactions, sales activities, site visits and project coordination for home painting, renovation and interior services.
This is a genuine field-based B2C role. You will meet customers, visit homes/sites, understand requirements, follow up on leads, help close projects and coordinate execution.
⚠️ This is NOT a digital marketing, telecalling-only, or office-only job.
If you enjoy meeting customers, travelling for site visits, understanding their requirements, solving real-world problems and taking ownership of projects from enquiry to execution, this role is for you.
🔹 What You Will DoCustomer Visits & Requirement Understanding
• Visit customer homes/sites to understand painting, renovation and interior requirements
• Meet customers and explain ColourDrive's services professionally
• Take site measurements, photographs and project details
• Understand customer requirements, budget and expectations
Sales & Lead Conversion
• Follow up with assigned customer leads
• Conduct customer meetings and presentations
• Generate additional opportunities through references, local visits and door-to-door activities when required
• Explain services, pricing and project scope
• Negotiate professionally and work towards closing sales
• Achieve assigned sales/conversion targets
Quotation & Project Kick-off
• Prepare requirement-based quotations with support from the office team
• Coordinate with customers during the quotation and finalization process
• Help finalize project scope and initiate confirmed projects
Project Coordination & Site Execution
• Coordinate between customers, vendors, supervisors and internal teams
• Monitor ongoing painting, renovation and interior work at customer sites
• Follow up on project timelines, quality and execution
• Identify and resolve site-level issues
• Ensure smooth project completion and handover
Customer Relationship Management
• Act as a key point of contact for assigned customers/projects
• Maintain regular communication and follow-ups
• Handle customer concerns and coordinate resolutions
• Maintain accurate customer/project information and follow-up records
• Build strong long-term customer relationships
🔹 Who Should Apply?
✔️ 6 months – 3 years of experience in field sales, B2C sales, home services, construction, interiors, painting, renovation, real estate or site execution
✔️ 12th Pass or above
✔️ Comfortable with daily field visits and travelling to customer sites
✔️ Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
✔️ Good customer-handling and problem-solving abilities
✔️ Comfortable with sales targets and lead follow-ups
✔️ Able to manage multiple customer/project requirements simultaneously
✔️ Two-wheeler and valid driving licence mandatory
✔️ Basic computer/smartphone knowledge
✔️ Aadhaar Card, PAN Card and Bank Account required
✔️ Energetic, responsible and execution-driven mindset
