Job Purpose and Scope:
We are looking for a high-potential costing professional who can partner with business leaders to drive profitability, optimize working capital, and enhance operational efficiency across the organization. The role offers an opportunity to work at the intersection of Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Commercial teams, enabling data-driven decisions that directly impact business performance and growth.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Cost Management
- Lead end-to-end product costing, margin analysis, and profitability reviews.
- Support pricing, business cases, and cost optimization initiatives.
Business Partnering
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to improve operational and financial performance.
- Provide actionable insights to influence key business decisions.
Inventory & Working Capital Excellence
- Drive inventory governance, ageing analysis, provisions, and write-off management.
- Identify opportunities to optimize inventory holding and improve cash flow.
Financial Analytics & Reporting
- Deliver meaningful MIS, cost variance analysis, and profitability dashboards.
- Monitor key performance indicators and highlight business risks and opportunities.
Governance & Continuous Improvement
- Strengthen costing controls, compliance, and audit readiness.
- Drive process automation and SAP-based improvements to enhance efficiency
Education:
CMA [ICWA]
Experience:
- 4-6 years of experience
- Minimum working experience of 2+ years in SAP
- Experience in manufacturing organizations
