We're Hiring: Assistant Merchandiser
Location: Jaipur (Work from Office)
Experience: 1–2 Years
Industry Preference: Fashion / Apparel
At Feathers Closet, we're looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Junior Merchandiser to join our growing team. If you love fashion, understand fabrics, and enjoy coordinating products from sampling to production, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with vendors and production units.
- Follow up on sampling, approvals, and production timelines.
- Assist in product development and sourcing.
- Maintain purchase orders and production records.
- Ensure timely deliveries and quality standards.
- Coordinate with the design, production, and operations teams.
- Track inventory requirements and product availability.
- Prepare reports and maintain merchandising documentation.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of merchandising experience in the fashion/apparel industry.
- Good knowledge of fabrics, trims, and garment production.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent organisational and follow-up abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Ability to manage multiple styles and deadlines.
