- Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage inventory across fabrics, accessories, WIP, and finished goods.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely availability of materials for production.
- Track material movement from inward production finished goods dispatch.
- Monitor purchase requirements, material lead times, and pending supplies.
- Maintain accurate SKU-wise inventory and identify shortage, excess, slow-moving, and dead stock.
- Coordinate with Production and NPD teams as per production requirements.
- Monitor cutting, stitching, finishing, and dispatch timelines.
- Ensure accurate reconciliation between physical inventory and system records.
- Manage returns, damaged/rejected materials, and stock adjustments.
- Prepare and review inventory supply chain MIS reports.
- Identify supply delays and operational gaps and take corrective action.
- Improve inventory accuracy, reduce wastage, and optimize working capital.
- Lead and coordinate the inventory/supply chain team for smooth daily operations.
- Preferred Candidate: Disciplined professional with strong knowledge of inventory and supply chain operations, good Excel skills, and hands-on experience with EasyEcom/Uni-Commerce.
