About the Role
BES Consultants Pvt. Ltd. is hiring Fresh Engineering Graduates who are passionate about construction, quality, and building technology.
As a Façade Site Inspector, you will work on landmark commercial, residential, hospitality, airport, and mixed-use developments across India. You will receive hands-on training from experienced façade engineers and gain exposure to modern façade systems, quality inspections, and building envelope engineering.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in façade inspections at construction sites and manufacturing facilities.
Work with façade engineers, architects, consultants, and contractors.
Read and understand architectural, structural, and technical drawings.
Monitor the quality of façade installation and workmanship.
Prepare inspection reports, site observations, and progress updates.
Track quality issues and verify corrective actions.
Coordinate with project teams to ensure work is completed as per specifications.
Support both office-based engineering work and on-site inspections.
Eligibility
Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Production Engineering.
Minimum 60% marks or equivalent CGPA.
Fresh graduates who are available for immediate joining are encouraged to apply.
Internship or certification in Construction, Quality, or Project Management will be an added advantage.
Skills Required
Basic understanding of engineering and architectural drawings.
Good written and spoken English.
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Strong observation and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and teamwork.
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
Site Requirements
Physically fit to work at construction sites.
Willing to travel to project sites and factories.
Comfortable working at heights while following all safety procedures.
Professional training will be provided by senior façade specialists.
