Role Description The Export Invoicing Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Haveli, responsible for managing export invoicing and related documentation. Daily tasks include preparing accurate export invoices, packing lists, and supporting documents in line with customer contracts, international trade regulations, and company policies. The role involves coordinating with production, logistics, and sales teams to confirm shipment details, pricing, and delivery schedules, and ensuring timely submission of invoices and documents to customers, freight forwarders, and customs agents. The Export Invoicing Executive will monitor payments and outstanding invoices, maintain organized records in ERP or other systems, and support compliance with export regulations and internal audits. The role may also assist with preparing reports, updating process documentation, and contributing to process improvements in export operations.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in export documentation, invoicing, and familiarity with international trade terms (e.g., Incoterms, HS codes, commercial invoices, packing lists).
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word) and experience with ERP or accounting software for data entry and invoice generation.
- Attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and ability to review and verify data against purchase orders, contracts, and shipment details.
- Effective communication and coordination skills to work with internal teams, logistics partners, and customers.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple shipments, deadlines, and documentation requirements.
- Understanding of basic export compliance and customs procedures; prior experience in manufacturing or export-oriented environments is an advantage.
- Educational background in commerce, business administration, or a related field; relevant certification in export/import operations is a plus.
