Job Description:
- Provide L2/L3 functional support for Infor FSM Mobile Supply Chain Management (MSCM) modules.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues within agreed SLAs.
- Support day-to-day warehouse, inventory, and mobile supply chain operations.
- Perform root cause analysis and recommend long-term solutions for recurring issues.
- Collaborate with business users to understand operational requirements and deliver functional solutions.
- Support application enhancements, configuration changes, testing, and deployments.
- Assist with incident, problem, and change management activities.
- Participate in system upgrades, patching, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Work closely with technical teams to resolve issues involving integrations, workflows, barcode scanning, mobile devices, and data interfaces.
- Prepare functional documentation, SOPs, knowledge articles, and support artifacts.

- Mobile Supply Chain Management (MSCM)
- Inventory Management
- Warehouse Operations
- Receiving and Putaway
- Picking, Packing, and Shipping
- Cycle Counting and Physical Inventory
- Barcode Scanning and Mobile Device Transactions
- Procurement and Supply Chain Processes
- Inventory Replenishment and Stock Transfers
Required Experience
- Experience providing application support in an L2/L3 support environment.
- Prior involvement in one or more Infor FSM MSCM implementation or support projects.
- Hands-on experience with mobile warehouse workflows, RF/barcode scanning, and inventory transactions.
- Ability to work independently and engage effectively with business stakeholders.
- Prior experience supporting healthcare supply chain environments is a plus.
