About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and digitally savvy Executive – YouTube Channel Management to manage and grow the Rajshri Marathi YouTube channel.
The ideal candidate should have an excellent command of Marathi — reading, writing, and speaking, along with a strong interest in Marathi cinema, entertainment, and digital content.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Rajshri Marathi YouTube channel on a daily basis.
- Upload, schedule, publish, and optimize videos on YouTube.
- Write engaging titles, descriptions, captions, and synopses in Marathi.
- Develop content ideas and packaging strategies to improve audience engagement.
- Ensure videos are published accurately and according to the content calendar.
- Coordinate with internal teams for content, creatives, thumbnails, and publishing requirements.
- Monitor channel performance, views, engagement, and audience trends.
- Stay updated with YouTube trends, formats, and best practices.
- Maintain consistency in the channel's branding and communication.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Excellent command of Marathi — Read, Write & Speak (Mandatory).
- Good understanding of Marathi movies, entertainment, and popular culture.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of YouTube and digital content platforms.
- Ability to write clear, engaging, and grammatically correct Marathi content.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
- Freshers can apply — candidates with a genuine interest in digital media and Marathi content are welcome.
