Rajshri Entertainment is looking for an experienced Head – YouTube & Social Media to lead the growth, strategy and operations of its digital ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead YouTube and Social Media strategy across Rajshri’s digital network.
• Drive views, watch time, subscribers, followers, reach and engagement.
• Oversee YouTube CMS, Content ID, copyright, monetisation and channel health.
• Develop platform-specific content strategies for YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, X and other platforms.
• Lead content programming, publishing calendars and digital campaigns.
• Analyse platform insights, trends and competitors to drive growth.
• Work closely with Content, Creative, Marketing and Acquisition teams.
• Lead and mentor the digital/social media team.
• Prepare performance reports and present insights to senior management.
Candidate Profile:
• 8+ years of experience in YouTube, Social Media, Digital Media, Entertainment or Content.
• Proven experience in growing YouTube channels and social platforms.
• Strong understanding of analytics, content strategy, monetisation and digital trends.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Media, Entertainment, OTT or Broadcasting experience preferred.
