Role Description A full time Design Architect in Worli, collaborating with senior architects and project teams to develop design concepts and detailed drawings for architectural projects. Daily responsibilities include preparing design presentations, developing CAD drawings and 3D visuals, coordinating with internal disciplines, and supporting the preparation of project documentation. The role involves conducting site and contextual research, exploring materials and building technologies, and ensuring design solutions comply with local regulations and client requirements. The Design Architect will participate in design reviews, refine project details based on feedback, and help maintain consistent graphic and visual standards across all project deliverables.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Architecture skills, including concept development, space planning, and understanding of building systems.
- Candidates should possess Computer-Aided Design (CAD) skills for creating detailed drawings, layouts, and design documentation.
- Candidates should possess Graphic Design and Graphics skills for visual storytelling, presentations, and clear communication of design intent.
- Candidates should possess Research skills to analyze sites, regulations, materials, and user needs that inform design decisions.
- Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or equivalent) from an accredited institution.
- Proficiency in relevant design and visualization software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite) is beneficial.
- Strong design portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking, technical detailing, and graphic clarity.
- Effective communication skills, ability to work in multidisciplinary teams, and readiness to work on-site.
