Job Summary
Kintech GreenUrja Private Limited is looking for motivated and detail-oriented candidates
for the position of Executive – Supply Chain Management. The role involves procurement,
vendor coordination, material planning, inventory management, and logistics to ensure the
timely availability of materials for manufacturing and project operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in procurement activities, including vendor identification, quotation
collection, price comparison, and purchase order processing.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Support material planning and inventory management to avoid shortages and
excess stock.
• Coordinate with production, engineering, project, stores, quality, and finance teams
to meet material requirements.
• Maintain purchase orders, vendor records, invoices, delivery challans, and other
procurement documents.
• Monitor purchase orders, delivery schedules, and supplier performance.
• Coordinate transportation, logistics, and material dispatch to manufacturing
facilities and project sites.
• Assist in vendor evaluation, cost optimization, and price negotiations.
• Prepare MIS reports on procurement, inventory, pending orders, and material
availability.
• Maintain accurate supply chain records using MS Excel and ERP systems.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement procedures and documentation
requirements.
Eligibility Criteria
• B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or a related
engineering discipline.
• Freshers and Graduate Engineer Trainees (GETs) with a willingness to learn are
encouraged to apply.
• Candidates with 3–4 years of experience in supply chain management,
procurement, purchase, inventory management, material planning, or vendor
coordination are also welcome.
• Basic knowledge of procurement, inventory, and logistics processes.
• Proficiency in MS Excel; knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems will be an
advantage.
• Good communication, coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Industry Experience
Experience in manufacturing, electrical equipment, renewable energy, Battery Energy
Storage Systems (BESS), industrial equipment, or project-based organizations will be an
added advantage.
Desired Candidate Profile
We are looking for candidates who are proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and capable of
coordinating with multiple departments and suppliers. Freshers should demonstrate
strong fundamentals and a willingness to learn, while experienced candidates should have
