Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to manage end-to-end recruitment for corporate hiring. The ideal candidate should have expertise in sourcing, screening, stakeholder management, campus hiring, MIS, and offer management. The role requires strong communication skills, ownership, and the ability to deliver hiring within defined SLAs.

- Resume screening and candidate assessment
- Stakeholder and Hiring Manager coordination
- Campus hiring initiatives
- Offer rollout and onboarding documentation
- Vendor/Consultancy management
- Talent pipelining and headhunting
- Recruitment MIS and reporting
- SLA & TAT management
- Candidate engagement and follow-up
