WE’RE HIRING | SENIOR MERCHANDISER – HOME
We are looking for an experienced Senior Merchandiser – Home to join our team and manage end-to-end merchandising for the Home category.
Experience: 5–6 years in Home Merchandising / Sourcing
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end merchandising for Home – Softgoods & Hardgoods categories
• Handle product development, costing, sampling, order execution and timely deliveries
• Work closely with buyers, suppliers, factories and internal teams
• Develop products aligned with customer requirements, trends, quality and cost targets
• Identify and develop new suppliers/factories across relevant categories
• Monitor quality, compliance, production timelines and commercial performance
• Build and maintain strong customer and supplier relationships
• Support business growth and profitability through effective sourcing and execution
Ideal Candidate:
• 5–6 years of relevant experience in Home Softgoods & Hardgoods
• Strong understanding of product development, sourcing and manufacturing processes
• Good knowledge of fabrics, materials, construction and production
• Excellent communication, negotiation and coordination skills
• Strong commercial acumen and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple programs independently and work in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience with a buying house is preferred / will be an added advantage
