We're Hiring | Executive (Computer/SAP Operator) – Warehousing & Distribution
Location: Rajkot & Jhagadiya, Gujarat
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Executive (SAP Operator) to join our Warehousing & Distribution team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage documentation and system processes for all inward and outward warehouse activities.
2. Process and maintain sales returns as per SOP.
3. Prepare daily and monthly MIS reports.
4. Coordinate and follow up for POD (Proof of Delivery) collection.
5. Handle audits and ensure timely closure.
6. Ensure proper utilization of WMS and TMS applications within the agreed timelines.
7. Maintain monthly stock returns and statutory records.
8. Create invoices and generate stock transfer notes/orders against sales orders.
9. Manage POP-MCM allocation and related documentation.
Qualification:
Any Graduate or Diploma holder.
Preferred Skills:
Good knowledge of MS Excel and warehouse documentation.
Strong coordination and record-keeping skills.
Experience: 6 months to 3 Years
Salary: Up to 3 LPA.
