🚨 WE ARE HIRING | HMC & 5-Axis CNC Machine Operator
Jyoti CNC Automation Limited is hiring skilled professionals for our Machine Shop / Production Department in Rajkot, Gujarat.
🔹 Position: HMC & 5-Axis CNC Machine Operator
🔹 Location: Rajkot, Gujarat
🔹 Department: Machine Shop / Production
🔧 Key Responsibilities
• Operate HMC and 5-Axis CNC machines
• Perform machine setting, tool loading and offset corrections
• Read engineering drawings and understand machining requirements
• Carry out in-process inspection using measuring instruments
• Maintain quality, productivity and safety standards
• Handle tooling, fixtures and job changeovers
• Identify and resolve basic machining-related issues
🎓 Qualification
• ITI / Diploma – Mechanical / Machinist / Tool & Die or relevant trade
• Relevant experience in HMC / 5-Axis CNC machining preferred
⚙️ Required Skills
• HMC / 5-Axis CNC machine operation
• Knowledge of Fanuc / Siemens / Mitsubishi controls
• Knowledge of cutting tools, offsets and machining parameters
• Engineering drawing reading and measuring instruments
• Precision machining knowledge will be an added advantage
