โข Identify, onboard & activate dealers, distributors and electrical retailers
โข Develop dealer networks across towns/districts
โข Drive monthly sell-through volume and dealer order frequency
โข Manage dealer pricing, margins, credit terms and order cycles
โข Conduct dealer meets, product training and scheme communication
โข Track competitor pricing, schemes and channel activity
โข Coordinate with Marketing for dealer-facing promotions and POS materials
โข Ensure strong credit and collection discipline

Candidates with experience in channel/retail sales within:
โข Solar
โข Electrical
โข Electrical Hardware
โข Building Materials / Distribution
Experience in dealer/distributor network management is preferred. Knowledge of Solar ACDB, DCDB, MMS and BOS products will be an added advantage.
