e Role
Executive Support & Adminis
- trationManage the Principal’s calendar, schedule appointments, prioritise tasks, and coordinate internal and external meetings with diplomacy and effi
- ciency.Prepare agendas, attend meetings as needed, take accurate minutes, and ensure timely follow-up on action
- items.Organise and coordinate local and international travel, including flights, accommodation, visa processing, and itine
- raries.Draft, format, and proofread high-level correspondence, presentations, reports, and internal communications on behalf of the Pri
ncipal.
Stakeholder Liaison & Commu
- nicationServe as the first point of contact for all communication to the Principal’s office, maintaining professionalism and dis
- cretion.Liaise with school leadership, Board of Governors, regulatory authorities, parents, and external partners on behalf of the Pr

The Person
Qualifications a
- nd ExperienceBachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Communications, Education, or a r
- elated field.5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant to senior leadership, preferably in an educational or corpo
- rate setting.High level of proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and collabo
ration tools.
