This role requires a balance of client management, project ownership, and coordination with internal teams to deliver exceptional event experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management

· Build and nurture long-term client relationships, ensuring repeat business and high satisfaction levels.
· Convert one-time event inquiries into ongoing partnerships or retainer accounts.
· Represent the company professionally on LinkedIn and industry networks to attract new clients and opportunities.
Project & Event Management
· Oversee end-to-end project execution — from concept development to event delivery.
· Collaborate closely with the creative, production, and operations teams to ensure the client’s vision is executed perfectly.
· Create and manage event timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
Business Growth & Strategy
· Identify and pursue new business opportunities through LinkedIn networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
· Develop persuasive presentations, proposals, and pitch decks for new clients.
· Understand client industries, upcoming events, and marketing trends to suggest proactive event solutions.
· Support management in developing client retention strategies and upselling opportunities.
Team & Communication

· Maintain internal reports, client briefs, and documentation for every project.
· Conduct post-event evaluations and client feedback sessions to ensure continuous improvement.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Event Management, Communications, or a related field.
· At least 6 years of experience in client servicing in Live Events or Experiential Marketing.
· Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
· Hands-on experience managing corporate events, brand activations, and government projects.
· Solid project management and multitasking abilities.
· Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM/project management tools.
