Experience: Minimum 2 Years
Salary: ₹60,000 – ₹70,000 per month
Openings: 2
Working Days: 6 Days a week( Alternate Saturdays Off)
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries for Europe holiday packages and customized trips.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable destinations, itineraries, hotels, and activities.
- Prepare and present customized travel quotations.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams, DMCs, hotels, and other travel partners for smooth execution.
- Stay updated on European destinations, travel trends, visa requirements, and seasonal offers.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, quotations, and conversions.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in International Travel Sales, preferably specializing in Europe.
- Strong knowledge of European destinations and holiday packages.
- Proven experience in lead conversion and achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of itinerary planning and travel quotations.
- Customer-focused with strong convincing and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
