Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare quotations and cost estimates for AMCs and ad-hoc works
- Monitor online portals daily for tenders, RFQs, and enquiries
- Maintain the enquiry log, tracking each opportunity end-to-end
- Review scopes of work and analyse supplier/subcontractor pricing
- Revise and resubmit quotations based on feedback
- Maintain quotation logs, pricing templates, and historical rate records
Requirements:
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Computer proficiency (Excel essential)
- Excellent communication and English proficiency
- Ability to work in high intensity, fast-paced environment
