Job DescriptionThe ERP IT Executive at UL Group will be responsible for supporting and managing the company's ERP systems to ensure seamless operations across manufacturing plants and corporate functions. This role primarily focuses on providing functional and technical support for various departments such as Finance, Purchase, Inventory, Sales, Production, and HR. Key responsibilities include acting as the first-level ERP support for end-users, coordinating with ERP vendors for issue resolution, and monitoring system performance to ensure high availability and data integrity. The executive will also support ERP enhancements, customizations, rollouts, upgrades, and patches across multiple locations. Managing master data, user access, roles, and authorization controls, along with generating MIS and operational reports, are crucial aspects of the role. Additionally, the position involves ensuring compliance with IT policies and data security standards, conducting user training, and preparing system documentation. The ideal candidate will possess 3-5 years of relevant experience in ERP support or implementation, a Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science, and hands-on experience with major ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics. A strong understanding of manufacturing and supply chain processes is essential, with basic knowledge of SQL and databases being an added advantage. Willingness to travel to plant locations is required.
