📌 Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to end users
- Troubleshoot hardware, software and network-related issues
- Install, configure and maintain computer systems and peripherals
- Manage support tickets and document issue resolutions
- Monitor system performance and proactively resolve technical issues
- Support AV equipment for meetings and events
- Coordinate with clients and vendors for technical requirements
- Handle onsite installation, configuration and testing of Eventech solutions
- Assist with user training and IT infrastructure support
🎓
Qualification: Degree/Diploma in IT, Computer Science or a related field preferred.
