The Equity Dealer & Client Acquisition will drive precise trade execution while actively supporting investment research and market analysis. By delivering timely advisory support, preparing financial insights, and building strong investor relationships, the role contributes directly to brokerage growth and enhanced investment performance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Execute client trades in equity and commodity markets.
• Monitor market trends and provide timely trading insights.
• Build and manage strong client relationships and portfolios.
• Conduct market and company research to support investment decisions.
• Prepare financial models, valuations, and research reports.
• Support investor presentations, fact sheets, and communication materials.
• Analyze startups and SMEs for fundraising and business evaluation.
• Identify and connect with potential investors.
• Prepare IPO notes and insights for upcoming IPOs.
• Maintain accurate trade records and ensure compliance.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
• NISM Series VIII Certification (Mandatory).
• CA/CFA/MBA (Finance)/PGDM (Finance) or any professional degree in Finance preferred.
• Strong understanding of equity markets and trading platforms.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and financial analysis.
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and client-handling abilities.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple assignments.
