Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Epoxy Flooring Specialist based in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. The individual will be responsible for preparing surfaces, mixing and applying epoxy materials, ensuring proper installation, and providing finishing touches for both industrial and residential flooring projects. Other tasks include assessing site requirements, adhering to safety protocols, and ensuring quality standards are met throughout the process. The role requires collaboration with the team and clear communication with clients to meet project specifications efficiently.
Qualifications
- Experience in epoxy flooring, waterproofing, and industrial or PU coatings
- Practical knowledge of surface preparation techniques and material mixing
- Ability to work with precision in applying coatings and ensuring quality finishes
- Understanding of safety protocols and practices in industrial settings
- Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with the team and communicate clearly with clients
- Physical stamina to perform tasks requiring manual labor
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills to address on-site challenges
- Prior experience in construction, flooring, or a related field is a plus
