Hiring: Enterprise Solution Manager | Kochi
We are looking for an Enterprise Solution Manager to join our Business Development team in Kochi.
Location: Kochi, Kerala
Employment: Full Time
Experience: 1+ year
Preferred Industry: Telecom | CPaaS | SaaS | Cloud Communications | IT Solutions
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle solution consulting and pre-sales support
• Understand customer requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Manage enterprise customer onboarding and solution deployment
• Coordinate with Product, Development, Operations & Support teams
• Lead implementation, migration and project activities from requirement gathering to go-live
• Support RFP/RFI responses, proposals, BRDs and technical documentation
• Manage UAT, issue resolution and customer escalations
• Drive customer engagement, product adoption, retention and account growth
