📢 WE'RE HIRING: English, Soft Skills & Employability Trainer
Skilldemy, a skill development institute for +2 students, is looking for an energetic trainer to help our students speak confidently, communicate clearly and get ready for the workplace.
📍 Location: Chemmad, Malappuram
💼 Job type: Full-time, onsite
🔹 What you will do
- Conduct classes in spoken English, grammar and workplace communication
- Train students in soft skills: etiquette, teamwork, presentation, confidence and time management
- Teach basic HR and career-readiness topics: resume writing, HR interview preparation, group discussions, workplace etiquette and understanding offer letters
- Plan engaging sessions with role plays, mock interviews and group activities
- Track student progress and support our placement goals
🔹 What we are looking for
- Graduate or postgraduate in any discipline (English preferred)
- Excellent spoken English and clear communication in Malayalam and English
- Teaching or training experience preferred; freshers with strong potential can apply
- Basic knowledge of HR practices and interview processes (an added advantage)
- Patient, approachable, punctual and a good team player
