Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Digital Marketing Trainer based in Lucknow, Ludhiana. The Digital Marketing Trainer will design and deliver training sessions on core digital marketing concepts, including social media marketing, online branding, and basic sales funnels. Responsibilities include preparing lesson plans and training materials, conducting interactive classroom sessions, mentoring learners on projects, and assessing learner performance through assignments and evaluations. The trainer will collaborate with the academic team to update course content, integrate real-world case studies, and ensure training remains aligned with current industry practices. The role also involves providing guidance on career pathways in digital marketing and contributing to workshops, seminars, and outreach initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills, including clear presentation, public speaking, and learner engagement.
- Hands-on Marketing and Social Media Marketing experience, preferably with campaign planning and performance tracking.
- Demonstrated Training and facilitation skills, with experience delivering structured programs or workshops.
- Understanding of Sales fundamentals and how they connect to digital marketing and lead generation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; relevant certifications in digital marketing are an advantage.
- Ability to design practical, project-based learning experiences and adapt content for different learner levels.
- Comfort working in an on-site, classroom-based environment in Lucknow and collaborating with cross-functional academic teams.
- Prior experience as a trainer, instructor, or mentor in digital marketing or related domains is preferred.
