We are looking for a US IT Technical Recruiter with 2–4 years of experience in US IT staffing, specifically handling Implementation Partner requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for US IT Implementation Partner requirements.
- Experience working on both W2 and C2C requirements.
- Source, screen, and submit qualified IT professionals through LinkedIn, job boards, and internal databases.
- Work closely with Account Managers and Delivery teams to understand requirements and meet submission/closure targets.
- Screen candidates for technical skills, experience, location, and work authorization.
- Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and offer/placement processes.
- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and achieve daily/weekly recruitment targets.
Required Skills
- 2–4 years of US IT Staffing/Technical Recruiting experience.
- Proven experience working with Implementation Partners.
- Strong experience with W2 and C2C staffing models.
- Good understanding of US work authorizations and IT technologies.
- Excellent communication, sourcing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
