Role Description The Engineering Heartist is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur, responsible for supporting the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of hotel facilities and equipment. This role involves conducting routine inspections and preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, as well as responding promptly to repair requests and guest-related technical issues. The Engineering Heartist collaborates with hotel operations teams to prioritize maintenance activities, minimize downtime, and support ongoing projects that enhance building performance and guest comfort. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring energy usage, maintaining records, coordinating with external contractors when required, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The role also contributes to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimize processes and support sustainable engineering practices within the property.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills relevant to hotel facilities and equipment maintenance.
- ITI preferred.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to diagnose technical issues.
- Experience in hospitality, building services, or industrial maintenance will be an advantage
- Ability to work in shifts, respond to emergencies, and maintain a guest-focused, inclusive, and team-oriented attitude.
