We’re looking for a high-impact Email Marketing Specialist to join our team and drive massive customer engagement, retention, and revenue for our global clients.

What you'll bring to the table:
✅ Proficient Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills are a must. You can translate campaign performance and marketing insights into clear, actionable strategies for clients and stakeholders with ease.
✅ Experience: 3+ years of proven email marketing experience.
✅ The Growth Mindset: Strong understanding of email marketing strategy, segmentation, personalization, A/B testing, and conversion optimization.
✅ Platform Expertise: You know email marketing platforms inside and out - especially Klaviyo, with experience in building campaigns, flows, segmentation, and automated customer journeys.
✅ The Toolkit: Hands-on experience with Klaviyo, Google Analytics 4, and other relevant email marketing and analytics tools.
✅ Analytical Power: You don’t just send emails; you analyze open rates, CTR, conversion rates, revenue, engagement, and customer behavior to identify opportunities and drive measurable growth.
✅ Automation Expertise: You know how to build and optimize automated journeys such as Welcome Series, Abandoned Cart, Browse Abandonment, Post-Purchase, Win-Back, and Customer Retention flows.
✅ Presentation Skills: You are "client-ready" and confident in presenting campaign strategies and performance insights that demonstrate clear business impact and ROI.
