We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and results-driven Content & Email Marketing Specialist to strengthen our digital marketing initiatives, create high-quality content, execute targeted email campaigns, and support lead-generation and brand-building activities.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop clear, engaging, and SEO-friendly content for websites, blogs, landing pages, social media, email campaigns, newsletters, product communications, and marketing materials.
· Plan, write, edit, proofread, and optimize marketing content while maintaining consistent brand voice and messaging.
· Create and execute professional email marketing campaigns, including promotional emails, newsletters, lead-nurturing sequences, product updates, and customer communications.
· Create content that supports lead generation, brand awareness, product marketing, customer engagement, and sales enablement.
· Optimize existing website and blog content for SEO, readability, relevance, and search visibility.
· Stay updated with emerging Content Marketing, Email Marketing, SEO, AI-assisted content creation, and EdTech marketing trends.
· Proven expertise in writing humanized content.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
· 2–5 years of relevant experience in Content Writing, Content Marketing, Email Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related role.
· Excellent written communication skills in English.
· Strong command of grammar, vocabulary, sentence structure, editing, and proofreading.
· Hands-on understanding of email marketing, campaign planning, segmentation, personalization, and basic automation.
· Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
· High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Preferred / Added Advantage:
· Prior experience in Content Writing & Creating Email Campaign.
· Experience creating content for software products or technology companies.
· Familiarity with Generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar tools for research, ideation, content development, and optimization.
