Who we’re looking for?
- 4+ years of experience in Cold Emailing & LinkedIn Outreach.
- Responsible for monthly qualified leads/demos for clients.
- Ownership to lead the Outbound Team.
- Expertise in Email & LinkedIn automation tools.
- Good at writing personalized content.
- Ensuring email deliverability by following best practices to avoid spam filters.
- A/B testing different email elements to optimize performance.
- Segmenting email/LinkedIn lists for targeted outreach.
- Analyzing campaign performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Tracking key email metrics like open rates, response rates, and conversion rates.
- Client calls and presentations (Non Negotiable)
- Expertise in campaign automation workflows in tools like n8n is a plus.
- Agency experience is a plus.
