Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Electrical/Instrumentation Draftsperson based in Bengaluru. The role involves preparing detailed electrical and instrumentation drawings, including layouts, schematics, wiring diagrams, and panel drawings, in line with project specifications and standards. The draftsperson will collaborate closely with electrical and automation engineers to translate concepts and calculations into accurate technical documentation. Day-to-day responsibilities include updating drawings based on design changes, maintaining documentation records, coordinating with project teams to meet delivery timelines, and ensuring compliance with relevant codes and safety requirements. The role may also involve supporting site teams with as-built drawings and providing drawing-related inputs during installation and commissioning.

- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple drawing revisions and deadlines.
- Experience in industrial automation, machinery, or system integration environments is an advantage.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional engineering and project teams.
