We are looking for enthusiastic and career-oriented Education Marketing Trainees who want to gain practical experience in education marketing, student counselling, community outreach, and management.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct community outreach and local-area marketing for educational programs.
- Perform door-to-door marketing and student/parent outreach.
- Identify prospective students and generate admission leads.
- Visit schools, colleges, coaching centres, communities, and other relevant locations.
- Explain courses, universities, admission opportunities, scholarships, and career options to students.
- Build and maintain relationships with students, parents, educational institutions, and local communities.
- Support admission counselling and lead follow-up activities.
- Participate in promotional campaigns, seminars, counselling camps, and educational events.
- Maintain daily lead, visit, follow-up, and conversion reports.
- Assist the management team in executing local marketing strategies.
- Take responsibility for assigned areas, campaigns, and outreach targets.
- Support social media and digital promotion activities when required.
Managerial-Level Exposure
This traineeship is not limited to field marketing. Selected trainees may receive exposure to managerial and leadership responsibilities, including:
- Team coordination and supervision
- Campaign planning and execution
- Area-wise marketing strategy
- Lead management and conversion tracking
- Student relationship management
- Event and counselling campaign management
- Performance reporting
- Team target planning
- Recruitment and coordination of junior field executives
- Participation in management meetings and strategic discussions
High-performing trainees may be given additional responsibility and leadership roles during the traineeship.
Eligibility
- Students / graduates / postgraduates from any discipline.
- Candidates interested in Education, Marketing, Sales, Management, HR, Entrepreneurship, or Business Development are preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to interact with students, parents, and local communities.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Stipend & Performance Incentives
- Fixed Stipend: ₹1,000
- Additional performance-based incentives may be provided based on lead generation, admissions, campaign performance, and overall contribution.
