Key Skills
- Good communication skills – English & Tamil preferred
- Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing
- Understanding of social media platforms – Instagram, Facebook & LinkedIn
- Basic knowledge of Canva / Photoshop is an advantage
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Basic understanding of lead generation and digital campaigns
- Good writing and content-creation skills
- Basic understanding of marketing concepts
- Willingness to learn real estate marketing and sales
Responsibilities
- Support the marketing team in planning and executing lead-generation campaigns
- Coordinate with digital marketing agencies and internal teams
- Assist in creating and publishing social media posts, reels, creatives and content
- Support digital campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google and YouTube
- Track leads, campaign performance, CPL and marketing spends
- Assist in coordinating landing pages, lead forms and campaign requirements
- Support Channel Partner (CP) marketing activities
- Assist in property exhibitions, events, activations and site events
- Coordinate with sales and pre-sales teams for campaign requirements and lead-related activities
- Maintain marketing databases and prepare daily/weekly marketing reports
- Conduct competitor, market and project research
- Support BTL, OOH and local marketing activities
- Assist in planning and executing on-ground marketing activities
- Coordinate with vendors and agencies for marketing deliverables
- Support the team in preparing marketing presentations, reports and campaign updates
- Ensure marketing activities, leads and campaign information are updated in CRM / Google Sheets
- Assist in monitoring creative requirements, timelines and campaign deliverables

- Strong interest in Real Estate + Marketing
- Energetic, creative and proactive
- Good coordination and follow-up skills
- Good written and verbal communication
- Comfortable working in a target-oriented environment
- Willingness to learn and take ownership of tasks
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media
- Creative mindset with an interest in content and branding
- Willing to travel locally for events, activations and site activities
- Immediate joiners preferred
