Position: Business Development & Marketing – New Academic Collaborations

Experience : 4-8 Years in education service marketing of premium segment.
Salary: Current CTC should be between 7-10/A

Role Objective:
To identify, develop and convert new business opportunities by establishing collaborations between CII Institute of Logistics and new colleges/universities for academic programmes, value-added certification programmes, logistics and supply chain courses, internships, and placements.
Key Result Areas (KRA)
- Identify and approach new colleges and universities for potential collaboration with CII Institute of Logistics (CII IL).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with college management, Principals, Directors, Deans and other key decision-makers.
- Monetization Track Record: Proven success in driving revenue through business development, education, and service offerings
- Promote CII IL’s academic offerings, including Logistics & Supply Chain Management programmes, certificate courses, value-added programmes, internships, placements, FDPs and MDPs.
- Understand the requirements of colleges and propose suitable CII IL programmes and collaboration models.
- Generate new leads through calls, emails, networking, references, events and other channels.
- Arrange and conduct meetings with prospective institutions and present CII IL’s offerings.
- Prepare and follow up on proposals, commercial discussions and agreements until successful closure.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing institutions and build long-term relationships.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth implementation of confirmed collaborations.
- Maintain an updated database of leads, prospects, meetings, proposals and business opportunities.
- Willingness to travel extensively and work flexible hours as required
