Role Description
Sinai Spark is looking for a full-time, on-site Video Editor & Content Creator based in Kozhikode (Calicut), Kerala.
The ideal candidate should be highly creative, passionate about content creation, and capable of producing engaging visual content across multiple social media platforms. This role combines video editing, videography, photography, and creative content production, making it suitable for someone who enjoys both shooting and post-production.
The selected candidate will work closely with the Marketing and Business Development teams to create impactful content that supports branding, engagement, lead generation, and corporate marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit high-quality videos for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Snapchat, and other digital platforms.
- Shoot professional reels, corporate videos, interviews, client testimonials, promotional videos, and company events.
- Capture professional photographs for branding, marketing campaigns, websites, brochures, and social media.
- Plan and execute creative content ideas aligned with current trends.
- Create engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, promotional videos, and marketing campaigns.
- Design basic creatives whenever required for digital marketing.
- Organize and maintain video, photo, and creative assets.
- Work closely with the Marketing Team to execute monthly content plans.
- Ensure all content follows Sinai Spark's branding guidelines and quality standards.
- Stay updated with the latest editing trends, AI-powered creative tools, and social media algorithms.
- Support marketing campaigns by producing creative visual assets that improve engagement and brand visibility.
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro (FCP).
- Experience with CapCut for short-form video editing.
- Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.
- Good knowledge of Adobe Lightroom for photo editing and colour correction.
- Understanding of camera handling, videography, photography, lighting, framing, and composition.
- Experience in creating social media content across multiple platforms.
- Basic understanding of AI-powered creative tools and video generation platforms is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with social media trends and digital content strategies.
- Strong creativity, storytelling ability, and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Qualifications
- Qualification: Any qualification (Degree is not mandatory).
- Candidates with certifications or practical experience in Video Editing, Photography, Multimedia, Digital Media, or related creative fields will have an added advantage.
- Creativity, portfolio quality, practical skills, and editing expertise will be given more importance than academic qualifications.
Experience
- Freshers with an excellent portfolio are welcome to apply.
- 1–3 years of experience in video editing, videography, photography, or content creation is preferred.
